The Community Council has submitted two objection letters to Stirling Council expressing concerns firstly for a proposal to build an intensive dairy cattle building and secondly about the altered plans for the Anaerobic Digester at Mains of Boquhan Farm.

Our objections to these two proposals are based on extensive discussions with people within the community and our external expert consultant. Note that we are primarily concerned about making sure that whatever proposal comes our way is handled properly both by ourselves and the planning authority.

We have collated the two letters into a single document which you can download here. Note that if you wish to make a similar objection – or objections – you should avoid simply copying and pasting what we have outlined in the document as that will have a lesser impact with the planning authority.
