Reduced sunlight exposure during the winter months can leave you feeling tired and sluggish but light lamps mimic summer sunlight. It is thought that using light therapy for just 20 to 30 minutes a day can help boost your mood and make you feel more energised. Anyone can now pop into their library, sit and relax with a coffee or good book and enjoy the warm glow. Most libraries now have one, just ask a member of staff.
