To try and keep our patients and staff safe, we are now handing out prescriptions from the Dispensary window down the left hand side of the building.These can be collected from
11am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
If you are self isolating and need to put in a request, there are email instructions on our website under the Prescriptions tab – www.kippensurgery.scot.nhs.uk
Please give us at least working 4 days to get your prescriptions made up as huge national demand is impacting our ability in getting our medication deliveries regularly.
Also, we are now no longer able to send medication down to Gargunnock Village Store for collection as we have been advised by the owners that they have put a temporary stop on the collection service for the duration of the Governments social distancing recommendations.Medications must be collected from the side window of Kippen Surgery during the times listed above.
If you do have to come into the Surgery, please respect the Reception boundary.
